In Lite version, the cleanest levels come from H4/D1 — less noise, more durable zones.
For intraday, do this: map on H4/D1, execute on H1, and pull the trigger on M15; use M5/M1 only to fine-tune entry after a reaction.

Pro version https://ctrader.com/products/2346 overlays higher-timeframe zones right on your working chart (MTF), so you see confluence without flipping timeframes.
It also adds touch weighting with decay/expiry, level states (touch/break/retest/flip), and labels with distance (pips/ATR) and touch count.
On lower timeframes your signals are cleaner with fewer fakes, because HTF levels and their live state are visible in real time.
