By default the indicator comes with daily, weekly and monthly ON.

For scalping, the daily should be the one you need.

For swing and intraday, the weekly and monthly become more relevant.

But nothing beats you backtesting and seeing what works best with your trading style.

Some people use the bands, some not... everything is there to use. You must decide if you use them or not.

Also, be aware that you can use this indicador on renko and heikin ashi. The VWAP will not change.
