Not sure I got your question right, but it is not a scalping bot, so execution speed does not matter much as it is not copying.

For settings, leave them as they are, that is the best advice. Obviously the lot size is in relation to the account size. So have a look at pictures and work out your ratios depending on your account size.

The pictures show already a sample backtest over 1 year and it has all the settings. Run it on 1 minute timeframe and leave it.
Best results to keep the bot running was achieved when I used a VPS (virtual PC rental), there are lots of them online
