Hello please how much is the minimum amount to deposit to start with your robot trade

I have tried emailing you but have not had a reply after 3 days. I have also messaged in Telegrsm but as yet no reply.
Are you contactable? I was looking to buy this bot but since I have had no response, I am reluctant to purchase.

Just did demo version tests with optimisation and backtesting. The returns are insane. However, 27/10/25 the the drawdown crashed massively caused an overall negative equity. It seems market was on a downward trend and with 1500pip stop loss i got just executed. I wonder what is the best days to avoid turning bot on (economic news, CPI, FOMC?) or should i set much lower stop loss? Just a bit worried that 1 day might eliminate my balance or bot does not perform well when it is a downtrend market. Can you advise on optimisation on stop loss and how to avoid a massive drawdown in a single day and losing all profits? The profit with tight stop loss is not as good

Hy yo yo. I bought 2 days a good this cbot from Ctrader Black Friday(181$) from mobile app but I cannot see in my ctrader ID. Can I get money back and I'll try to use windows this time?

Hey Jo Jo,
I have the paid copy and can get it to work well on a demo account. However I cant get it to work on a live account with 2k in it to start with. Says on the log failed to open initial position.
If i swap straight back to the demo account it will start and run smooth. Any thoughts?

Thanks for your message! As we discussed over email, the issue came from the lot size settings on your live account. Each broker has different minimum/maximum lot requirements, so the cBot wasn’t able to open the initial position when the lot size didn’t match your broker’s criteria. You should use 0.001 lot size since you use Pepperstone as a your broker.
After adjusting the lot size to fit your live account conditions, everything worked normally — both on demo and live.

hi i have pepperstone 1:30 leverage spread betting account. Would this require the same adjustment, considering you recommend 1:500 leverage?

Its working really well at the moment. Ive tweaked some parameters and its steady away just keeps bringing the money in.
Thanks for your help the other night sorting out the issues. I knew it was my end causing a problem I just couldnt see how but we got it sorted and we are running.Will touch base at the end of the week to share results and give feedback.

i already advised ive communicated with Jo Jo who advised to contact your store for a refund.
Reason for refund is product does not work as advertised. Lost most of my capital/funds. Cbot was meant to trade AUDUSD randomly attaches to other charts.
Technical issues continues to occur before and after installation. Requesting a refund asap. Jo Jo has evidence of all issues encountered.- Yyennisclimax

First of all Sorry about your loss.
As we discussed in my Telegram channel, I tried to help you to configure the bot to be running in your cTrader however as you mention you say You only want a refund, instead of cooperating to solve your issues.
The bot work very much fine for me as well as for other customers. What you need is to configure to meet your broker criteria, and for that I was there to assist you.
I hope you got your refund by now.
