Leave them as they are, that is the best advice. Obviously the lot size is in relation to the account size. So have a look at pictures and work out your ratios depending on your account size.

The pictures show already a sample backtest over 1 year and it has all the settings. Run it on 1 minute timeframe and leave it.
Best results to keep the bot running was achieved when I used a VPS (virtual PC rental), there are lots of them online
