How often does the bot typically open and close trades per day/week?
That's an excellent question, but the answer depends entirely on your settings.
The "Dynamic Trendline" is not a high-frequency bot that opens a fixed number of trades. It's a "patient" bot that waits for the price to interact with the dynamic levels it calculates.
The trade frequency depends on 3 main factors:
Timeframe (The most important factor):
On an H4 or Daily timeframe, you might only see 2-5 trades per week, as the bot waits for long-term trendlines to form and be tested.
On an M5 or M15 timeframe (scalping configuration), you could see 10-20+ trades per day, as the bot will identify many more short-term trendlines.
Indicator Sensitivity: The parameters that define the "slope" or "length" of a trendline. More sensitive settings will create more lines and, therefore, more signals.
Confirmation Filters (e.g., ADX/EMA): If you have activated filters for "sideways markets," the bot will skip many trades, reducing the frequency but (in theory) increasing the quality.
In summary, you can set it to be a "sniper" (a few trades per week) or a "scalper" (many trades per day).
