Run it on 1 minute timeframe and leave it. Because after backtesting on every other timeframe, this was the one with best results. At the end of the day results are what matter.

The pictures show already a sample backtest over 1 year and it has all the settings.
Best results to keep the bot running was achieved when I used a VPS (virtual PC rental), there are lots of them online
