The levels are determined by the range length, and within this period, you find the highest and lowest points, which gives the levels. The market is constantly changing; what was good 10 candles ago is no longer so. You have to observe the behavior. The yellow and blue lines determine the position of buyers and sellers; this can help determine the reversal.
