hi, the indicator tracks the volatility, and it's customisable, depending on which conditional volatility model you want to use. Ideally, I could tell you how to setup the parameters when you purchase and install it. (llok at the pictures)
The oscillator is quite good when tracks upward you'll have also red dots indicating volatility picking up, hence you'll see chart fx, index , candlestick selling off and viceversa.
