Hi @nemesisnicks,
Could you please check the latest update? As a verified buyer, you should have access to it. It includes bug fixes, performance improvements, and new features. I'd appreciate your feedback if you get a chance to test it.
Thanks!

Thank you for your message.
Since your last update, I have downloaded and tested the latest version available to me from the cTrader Store.
Over the past two days I have:
- Installed the latest approved version.
- Removed and re-added the indicator to the chart.
- Tested the recommended UTC session settings and multiple other configurations.
- Submitted screenshots and a full-screen recording to cTrader Support.
- Continued testing on macOS Tahoe 26.5.1 with cTrader Version 5.9 (140).
Unfortunately, I’m still unable to reproduce the functionality shown in the product description or the behaviour that support says they were able to reproduce.
I also noticed that the Dev button does not produce any visible output or change on my installation. Could you please explain its intended purpose? If it is expected to display deviation bands or another feature, I’d appreciate any guidance on how it should work.
If you have a short video or screenshots showing the indicator being configured and working correctly on macOS with cTrader Version 5.9 (140), I would be very grateful if you could share them. It would allow me to compare my setup directly with a confirmed working example.
Thank you for your time, and I look forward to your guidance.

Thank you for your detailed feedback.
The session alignment issue reported previously was addressed in Version 2 by enforcing strict session boundaries.
In Version 2.1, I further simplified the session configuration by removing the Session Timezone option. The indicator now uses UTC-only session settings to eliminate timezone-related confusion.
These UTC session times are used for both the Session Volume Profiles and the default Daily Volume Profile
I have also updated the product description with explanatory images showing how the Daily Volume Profile and Session Volume Profiles work, including the default UTC session timings. Could you please check the updated product page?
Regarding your macOS feedback, I have also released a patch v2.2 with additional compatibility improvements, including:
- Improved cross-platform timezone handling for Windows and macOS.
- Improved history loading stability.
- Added additional error handling and retry protection during initialization.
- Improved compatibility with the cTrader UI on macOS.
- If the chart UI cannot be created, the indicator continues running instead of stopping.
If you are still experiencing the issue, could you please test the latest version and let me know if the behavior persists? If possible, please attach a screenshot of your chart and indicator settings to ctrader support. so that i could check the issue and I can decide further.

Thank you for continuing to improve the indicator and for releasing versions 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2.
I have downloaded the latest version available to me from the cTrader Store and tested it again on macOS Tahoe 26.5.1 with cTrader 5.9 (140).
Unfortunately, I’m still experiencing the same behaviour.
I have now recorded a full-screen video showing:
- downloading and testing the latest version available to me,
- the indicator settings,
- the chart output,
- and the behaviour I’m observing.
The video is approximately 53 MB, so it’s too large to attach through the cTrader Store messaging system.
Would you be willing to share an email address or another suitable method (such as WeTransfer, Google Drive or Dropbox) so that I can send you the recording directly?
I believe the video will be much more useful than screenshots because it shows the complete process from start to finish.
At the moment, I’m finding it difficult to make progress through the support channel because I continue to receive instructions to reinstall or re-add the indicator, whereas the video already demonstrates the steps I have taken. Rather than continuing to repeat the same troubleshooting, I would really value your technical opinion after reviewing the recording.
In particular, could you let me know whether the behaviour shown—including the chart output and interface—is what you would expect from Version 2.2 on macOS?
Thank you again for your time. I appreciate the effort you’ve put into updating the indicator, and I hope the recording helps identify whether this is a macOS-specific issue or something else.
