How should I confirm signals (trend filter, HTF, volume)?

Because MarketStructureOscSignals measures pure market structure (Higher Highs / Lower Lows), it gives you the raw, mathematical directional shift. However, to turn those shifts into a high-win-rate system, you absolutely need to confirm the "Context" (Trend) and the "Where" (Volume/Liquidity).

Here is exactly how professionals confirm these signals:

            1. Trend Filter & HTF Alignment (The Context)
Never trade a structural shift against the dominant macroeconomic trend.

The Filter: Add a smooth trend indicator to your chart, such as the Kalman Filter Trend or a higher-period EMA (like the 50 or 200 EMA).

The Rule: If the Kalman line or EMA is sloping UP, you strictly ignore all SELL arrows and only execute the BUY arrows.

HTF Alignment: If you are trading on the M15 chart, quickly glance at the H1 or H4 chart. If the H4 structure is firmly Bullish, only take the M15 BUY signals. This aligns your micro-entries with institutional momentum.

            1. Volume Profile & Liquidity (The "Where")
A structure shift in the middle of nowhere is a 50/50 gamble. A structure shift at a key liquidity zone is a high-probability setup.

Volume Profile: Combine the signals with a Volume Profile tool. The strongest BUY signals will print right as the price rejects the Value Area Low (VA Low) or a Point of Control (POC).

Liquidity Sweeps: Look for signals that occur immediately after the price sweeps a previous daily low or high. If the price sweeps a major support, grabs liquidity, and then the indicator prints a BUY arrow, you have a massive confluence of trapped sellers and shifting structure.

            1. Price Action & Pullbacks (The Execution)
When the arrow prints, it means the structure has successfully shifted. You don't always need to jump in blindly on the exact signal candle.

The Retest: Often, the best entry is the immediate pullback after the signal. For a BUY setup, wait for the arrow, then place your entry limit order on the retest of the broken structural level (resistance turning into support) or the VWAP. This gives you a much tighter Stop Loss and a significantly higher Risk:Reward ratio.

In Summary: Use the indicator to tell you when the structure changes, use the HTF/Trend Filter to give you permission to trade, and use Volume/S&R to define your exact entry zone.
