            It is use to determine relative strength between correlated assets. Let me give a scenario:
            If you are bullish and say EURUSD prints a bearish candle and GBPUSD prints a bullish candle, this indicates GBPUSD is stronger than EURUSD. You wanna buy the strong asset.
