Hi! Sorry for the late response! you don't need a separate key for the 3-day trial version, it should activate automatically through your cTID once you've added it from the cTrader Store.
​If it isn't trading, first check the "Journal" tab at the bottom for any specific error messages. Also, ensure you are on XAUUSD M1 and that Automated Trading is enabled in your platform settings. Since the bot is selective, it may take some time to find a trend-aligned pullback.
