        Boa tarde, por três vezes hoje 18/05/2026 tentei comprar o seu produto mas processa, processa e não executa a compra (cartão OK e funcionando normalmente) e pede pra recarregar a página. Ao recarregar a página o preço ainda sobe (puxa vida).

                      Hello,
                      RiskManagement - Full is installed and enabled in cTrader, but it shows the yellow warning “Plugin is enabled but not running”. The plugin appears in Algo > Plugins, but no controls appear in the Active Symbol Panel or on the chart, and the plugin data folder stays empty. I am running cTrader 5.6.9 on Windows 11 in a VM on Mac. Is this a known compatibility or startup issue?

                          I haven’t seen this issue reported before, so it may be something specific to your environment.

                          Could you please check the Log tab in cTrader and share any errors related to the plugin? That will help identify what’s preventing it from starting.

                          In the meantime, please try:

                          Opening a chart manually after launching cTrader
                          Disabling and re-enabling the plugin
                          Restarting cTrader

                          Also, since you're running inside a VM, it might be worth testing outside of it (if possible), as this could affect plugin initialization.

                            Hi, does your cbot behave similarly to the investsoft TM ea of MetaTrader ? (Main feature I’m after is predefined sl (or need to adjust depending on market situations quickly) + risk % balance to calculate lot size for execution? Many thanks

                            I see the demo version only applies for some forex pairs; when will xauusd on demo apply? Just looking for prop demo eval options

                                Hi @zeirls11359, apologies for the delayed response and thanks for your question.

                                Yes — the plugin works in a similar way regarding predefined SL and risk %, automatically calculating position size based on your risk per trade. It’s designed for fast execution and quick adjustments depending on market conditions 👍

                                Regarding the demo: it’s intended only for testing purposes. Since the functionality is the same across all symbols, I don’t plan to include XAUUSD in the demo version — it’s available only in the FULL version.
